About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and the repair services Mega Tech provides. Using the site or booking a repair means you accept them.

What we do

We diagnose and repair Bosch and Siemens home appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, dryers and coffee machines. Work is carried out either at your home or in our workshop, depending on what the repair needs.

Quotes and pricing

A request sent through this website is a request, not a booking. We contact you to confirm the appointment.

Costs are given after the appliance has been diagnosed, and no repair work begins until you have approved that cost. A diagnosis may show that a repair is not economical, in which case we will tell you so.

For locations outside Lahore, an out of city visit charge of Rs 15,000 applies. This is stated before a technician is dispatched.

Parts

We fit genuine Bosch and Siemens components sourced through authorised channels. Every replaced part is listed on your invoice with its part number.

Where a part has to be ordered in, the repair typically takes two to four working days. Availability is outside our control and delivery dates given for ordered parts are estimates.

Timing

Most common faults are completed the same day. Any time estimate we give is made in good faith after diagnosis, and can change if the fault turns out to be different from what the symptoms suggested. Where that happens we tell you before continuing.

Your appliance

Please back up or remove anything stored inside or around the appliance before a visit, and make sure the technician can reach it safely.

We are not able to take responsibility for pre-existing faults, damage caused by previous repairs carried out by others, or failures unrelated to the work we performed.
